My friend and I stayed sat and Sunday the staff were amazing. There was this one guy doing double shifts still great service he was given but so was all staff. I am a staff member myself in southwest area. It was great location clean great food around. Will for sure stay again. Keep up the great work. There was also a guy only on day three he was great

We were going to see ABBA so this hotel was the closest. Friendly staff, good lounge area, Bar, TVs running quietly in the background. We were in room 112 and it was absolutely fine with ample room and a nice bathroom. The breakfasts were pretty good and so were the evening meals. Also just a 10-minute walk from Stratford station and the town centre. So very convenient.

I stayed twice back in January and was so impressed I booked again this October. I stayed this time with my two teenage children and we had a great time. The staff were as delightful as I previously encountered. I look forward to my next visit x

It was a pretty decent hotel for the price point and the stafd was really very conforting at times. The food is average and the same breakfast everyday is pretty old fashioned nowadays. I know it is a free kinda thing with the stay but it wont hurt them to provide a thing or two different on different days..

Perfect hotel for walking distance to the Abba Voyage arena. The hotel is located in Stratford, London. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet style and really good. Would definitely stay there again.

Wow what can I say, there is nothing I can fault about this hotel. Staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfort, you are greeted with a genuine smile each time. The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean and the complimentary breakfast was lovely and it was enough choice. Definitely stay here again

A smart, modern hotel with nice spacious modern rooms, with good beds and proper blackout overlapping curtains. Bathroom small but well designed. Nice large bar area and a good hot food menu until the evening. Breakfast a little crowded but good food.

Great stay, clean, warm, comfortable rooms. Had slight issue with safe but staff were very quick to deal with it. Breakfast typical buffet but we found it nice. Only small issue is the buffet area is not large enough for the number of guests, so becomes very crowded at certain times. It does tell you though which times are the busiest. Staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful throughout our stay, we will definitely use again.

Great and comfortable place to stay. Near to Abba Voyage, and the tube into London centre. Would stay again. Thank you 🙂 Not as varied as it could be at breakfast but the food there was all of good quality. Lots of breakfast drinks
